Logo Design.
The first challenge was to establish a strong brand identity from the ground up. Beginning with a clean slate, we crafted a brand identity through a comprehensive logo design process, intentionally selecting colour palettes, and refining a tone of voice that would resonate with the target audience and give the nod to premium positioning.
Website Build with Booking System.
The next step was to create a user-friendly digital platform that had integrated booking functionality. This seamlessly integrated with the owner’s personal calendar for streamlined management. As the business evolved over the subsequent two years, so did our support, encompassing improvements like payment processing for booking deposits, integration of screening questions into the booking process, and an expansion of service offerings from 6 to an impressive 13.
Social Media Management.
With our social media expertise, we helped build and maintain a strong online presence. Recognising that ZaxsWax’s owner was juggling multiple responsibilities, BbA provided essential ongoing support, including social media management and real-time updates to the website. We also played a crucial role in helping ZaxsWax establish efficient internal processes, which not only streamlined operations but also significantly enhanced the overall customer experience.
Paid Media.
Crucial for any new business is the need to advertise. We were able to launch targeted advertising campaigns to boost visibility. With meticulously crafted seasonal campaigns, we extended our services to include paid media across both Facebook and Google Ads.
Design & Print.
Now armed with a compelling logo and brand identity, we were able to design and organise vehicle wraps for the company van and produce high impact marketing materials for local outreach. This included attractive loyalty cards and eye-catching flyers.

Local search visibility and engagement was always a core principle of the business, and that’s why we made use of a Google Business page. Understanding the significance of local engagement for a small business post-Covid, BbA conducted an in-depth analysis of the competitive environment and developed tailored strategies for effective outreach.
